Languages

Dactylo in nine languages, and your keyboard's own letters on the machine.

Dactylo's menus, settings and machine are in English, Türkçe, Español, Português (Brasil), Deutsch, Français, 日本語, 繁體中文 and 한국어.

By default it follows your device's language. To choose another, use Settings › Appearance › Language; Dactylo changes its language the next time it opens. Your writing stays as you wrote it.

Your keyboard's letters

The machine's keys always carry your own keyboard's letters, whatever language Dactylo speaks: Turkish ğ ü ş, German ß ä ö, French accents and so on. On the Mac they come from the keyboard layout you use; on the iPad, Dactylo learns them as you type.
